Tornado's forming around eight miles away ripping through Indiana U.S and a (UFO)!
This very odd object flies around in blizzard type winds countering the winds direction.
It looks like the object moves in an intelligent manner like its under control.
During the recording a large black cloud spout forms within the time of the video!
Are there craft out there that are controlling the weather? Bringing rain where theres drought!
Indiana has regular UFO reports on a monthly basis and this video is just one of many which depict a UFO.
The witness states: November 17th, 2013 Crazy UFO over Noblesville Indiana! It was Extremely windy (tornados about 8 or so miles away!) and this thing was just zipping around like it was nothing! What was it?
Studying the footage, the object was an actual object and no computer imagery placed it there, the possibility of it being alien is questionable, as we now have drones which take of the same flight patterns.
