This is a very interesting video and a must watch in UFODI.
These objects where most likely designed to take attention of alien discs and miss-leading the public
that we were the makers of the discs, at the same time they tested them to see what amount of reports would be made by public in knowledge of panic or excitement in the witness vocal speeches
